    Do you have a passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a personal training manager. As a personal training manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team of personal trainers, creating personalized training programs for clients, and overseeing the training program budget. We are looking for someone with previous experience in the fitness industry as well as some prior experience managing people. You should also have a strong background in personal training, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Responsibilities: • Ensure the training program stays within budget by supervising and managing all associated financial aspects • Recruit and train a staff of personal trainers and evaluate their performance • Develop and implement personalized fitness programs for clients based on their goals and fitness levels • Track client development and make appropriate modifications to training plans • Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless and exceptional client experience Qualifications: • Previous experience as a manager, assistant manager, or similar position is desired • This role requires certification as a fitness instructor or personal trainer • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and coworkers • Proven customer service experience with a strong client-focused mentality • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have an understanding of how much of an impact we have on our members, communities and teammates • Passionate about people and fitness • Must be ambitious, driven, honest, enthusiastic, have personal integrity and a passion for the fitness industry • Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training certification (required within 60 days of hire) • 2+ years of management experience and 2+ years of sales experience • Experience in managing a stand-alone, high-end fitness club • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness or professional setting • Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate and evaluate staff Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
