Responsibilities: • Develop and implement fitness training programs for clients. • Monitor and track client progress and adjust programs as needed. • Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience. • Manage and supervise fitness staff, providing guidance and support. • Ensure all fitness equipment is well-maintained and in working order. Qualifications: • Must have an understanding of how much of an impact we have on our members, communities, and teammates. • Passionate about people and fitness. • Must be ambitious, driven, honest, enthusiastic, have personal integrity, and have a passion for the fitness industry. • Minimum of one nationally accredited personal training certification (required within 60 days of hire). • 2+ years of management experience and 2+ years of sales experience. • Experience in managing a stand-alone, high-end fitness club. • Proven leadership ability in an educational, fitness, or professional setting. • Ability to hire, direct, coach, train, motivate, and evaluate staff. Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
