If you have at least 2 years of a successful track record in sales, we want you to apply. Responsibilities: • Negotiate, contract, and inspect both on-market and off-market investment opportunities • Answer/return/follow up phone calls generated by marketing • Follow-up on leads in a timely manner • Go out on multiple appointments to meet with homeowners Qualifications: • Must have sales experience (2 years minimum) • Must be ambitious! We’re looking for a real “Go-Getter” who wants to serve and add value • Must be willing to travel around the Central Valley Compensation: $100,000+ (Base+Commission)
