VIP Management Inc is a leading property management & real estate company servicing Southern California - we are currently seeking a part time / full time field inspector.

Job duties include: -inspecting vacant properties -writing up inspection reports -posting notices to tenants -determining tenant deposit charges -annual inspections & walkthroughs with tenants -office/admin work

Our ideal individual must be able to work in a faced-paced manner with great customer service and be able to engage with all types of personalities. Attention to detail is a must and proficient in basic technology. The position has room for growth with a real estate license.

Requirements To Work: -clean driving record -open availability Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -customer service experience
