POSITION AVAILABLE AT 2330 W Broadway Rd, Ste 112, Mesa, AZ 85202

A Resupply CSR is responsible for the timely processing of patient supply orders. They also coordinate with the patient, referral source, and respiratory care technicians to promote patient therapy compliance. You will help to serve the community by communicating with patients and efficiently performing tasks related to patient care. On-the-job training is provided.

ABOUT YOU ---

• Proficient and comfortable using email transmission, internet navigation, Microsoft applications including Word and Excel, office equipment including fax machine, copier, printer and phone

• Effective oral and written communication skills

• Exceptional at multi-tasking and time management

• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

• Ability to work efficiently both alone and in a team

• Knowledgeable and polite while maintaining a positive attitude

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous Customer Service experience necessary
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Previous Health Care experience preferred
• Insurance Verification & Medical Records review experience preferred

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Accurate and timely generating of all delivery paperwork for patient resupply orders
• Answer patient phone calls, schedule appointments, and route calls to proper staff
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of products and services offered by company
• Educate patients on equipment compliance requirements
• Maintain patient files as specified in company policy
