HR GENERALIST
We are hiring a “top-performing” HR Generalist to handle our company's Human Resource duties and responsibilities, as well as, management of compliance.
This position REQUIRES exceptional organizational skills, impeccable time management and a task-oriented leader. We are looking for a person who gives the greatest attention to detail, highest regard to attendance and strong work ethic.
The right candidate for this job must be resourceful, collaborative, adaptable, and able to work INDEPENDENTLY. Must have superior verbal and written communication skills with writing and reading professionalism.
The position of HR Generalist is responsible to support the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager in Daily Operations. This Candidate must have the ability to be entrusted with sensitive information.
Work location in Gilbert with crossroads of Baseline and Val Vista.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain and document company policies and procedures
· Serve as a representative on regulatory issues, policies, and procedures
· Responsible for tracking and reporting of business processes
· Responsible for payroll time keeping
· Compliance management
· Perform human resource duties as assigned
· Contribute operations information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
· Prepare and complete action plans
· Implement production, productivity, quality and Consumer/Employer-service standards
· Resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends
· Meet key performance metrics as established by the Program Director and Vice President of Operations
· Serve as primary point of contact in absence of COO, OM, Vice President
· Work closely with Chief Operating Officer, Program Director, Operations Manager and or Vice President to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems
· Prepare necessary reports to detail performances and efficiencies of employees
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· 3 years of HR Experience required
