    We are currently accepting applications for LVN CHARGE NURSES. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical experience in a post-acute environment. This is a direct-hire: Full-Time position. The shifts available are 3 PM - 11 PM (PM Shift).

    JOB SCOPE: 

    The primary purpose of your job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or Nurse Supervisor to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. 

    THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

    • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as LVN/LPN in the state of CA.
    • 6 months of prior experience preferred. We provide training for growth in your career. 
    • Knowledge of basic medical asepsis and standard precautions, procedures, and techniques involved in administering simple treatments and providing related bedside patient care services, as permitted by state regulation.
