    We are seeking a motivated Junior to Mid Developer / IT professional in the Buffalo area with a hunger to learn, a dedication to quality, and a passion for technology. The ideal candidate will bring a foundational understanding of programming and cloud technologies to aid in the development, deployment, and management of our fintech solutions coupled with a desire to ultimately advance into a Chief Technology Officer role of one or multiple entities.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and implement fintech solutions.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including concept, design, build, deploy, test, and release.
    • Utilize cloud platforms to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of our applications.
    • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing our software solutions.
    • Keep updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
    • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
    • Familiarity with at least one cloud platform (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively, both in written and spoken forms.
    • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and tackle new challenges.
