    Valmar Merchant Services, a leading provider of payment processing solutions to high risk and emerging markets, is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide indispensable support to our growing sales team. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Keep our sales engine humming by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and facilitating seamless communication across departments.
    • Participate in client meetings alongside the Director of Sales to understand client needs and preferences as well as next step action items.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quotes, pricing structures, and customer data in the company's CRM system ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
    • Provide support to the sales team pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, forecasts, sales activities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
    • Contact new clients to obtain missing information and answer questions. Track and follow-up internally and externally to meet commitments.
    • Collaborate with Director of Sales and leadership to provide accurate and up-to-date information for effective decision-making and expedite closings.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, compliance, and accounting to ensure a smooth onboarding process and timely delivery of services.
    • Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.

    Requirements:

    • Associates Degree or higher
    • Minimum of 1 year experience as an Administrator or Executive Assistant
    • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
    • Proficient in using technology for sales purposes, such as CRM software or other sales tools
    • A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask is a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
