The firm is seeking an Associate Financial Advisor who is passionate about improving clients’ lives by guiding them to financial security.     Position Overview:

    This position will work directly with a Lead Advisor of 25 years and will be part of a small, high functioning team. This position will have direct experience with many areas of the financial services business, including client interactions.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Client interaction
      • Maintain relationships with existing clients as part of their service team.
      • Participate in client meetings with Lead Advisors.
      • Assist in client meeting preparation and follow up.
      • Record notes from client meetings.
      • Assist with client phone calls and email follow up as requested by lead advisors.
    • Financial Planning
      • Organize and analyze client financial information.
      • Assist in preparing financial plans for clients and potential clients.
    • Investment Management
      • Assist with investment analysis, client account management and trading.
      • Assist with preparing client recommendations and proposals.
      • Facilitate client transactions as requested.
    • Operational Support
      • Work with Client Service Reps to review applications and service forms.
      • Collaborate with team members to achieve client satisfaction and firm goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree required. Business, finance, or related field preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial concepts.
    • Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs.
    • Experience with various financial software applications is preferred.
    • Working toward Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation is preferred.
    • Willingness to obtain securities and insurance licenses.
