JOB DESCRIPTION:

Valor is currently looking for 3-to-5 individuals to add to our roof team of storm restoration representatives. This team will assist in handling the influx of insurance claims due to storm damage such as hail and wind that has impacted the Colorado front range.

No experience? No problem. Valor Roof and Solar Inc. delivers some of the best storm restoration roof training programs in the nation, developing fully capable, competent roof representatives within days.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is NOT a remote position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be comfortable on a roof and climbing a ladder

Must have reliable transportation

Must be comfortable dealing face to face with homeowners / people

Must maintain a professional appearance

Must have a smartphone cable of taking photos and using apps

Must be willing and able to self-generate leads

Must be self-disciplined, motivated to succeed

Previous sales experience is helpful, not required

CAREER RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES:

All of this will be trained by Valor for those new to the industry:

Inspecting homes and documenting storm damage (if any)

Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repair and insurance claim process

Sign sales contracts and related paperwork

Update the company CRM

Able to understand and explain an insurance scope

Willing to knock doors and other lead-generation opportunities

Must attend company meetings and trainings
