We are hiring internal recruiters with a proven track record of recruiting qualified candidates into financial services. Ideal candidates must have a proven track record in building distribution in our niche market throughout the United States.

Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s degree.

Prefer a master’s degree.

Must have 5 + years in Financial Services.

Passionate about working with all types of people and helping them develop into a successful career in Retirement Education services.

Must have a proven record of building an organization or company from the ground up.

Enjoys recruiting numbers.

Detailed and organized.

Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment.

Able to train others.

Looking for an advanced leadership role in a company

Job Responsibilities:

Recruit and build outside distribution in specific markets needed.

Work directly with senior leadership in placing candidates in specific markets.

Run ads on various channels seeking qualified candidates for specified markets needing to be filled.

Maintain follow-up throughout the entire interview process with potential recruits.

Be able to train new distribution partners on the A to Z's in our specific sector.
