Starting salary is $32,500.00 with upward mobility and growth within the organization.

Job Description:

Work with field associates as a liaison at the ValuTeachers National Marketing Office.

Assist clients with account and policy information.

Monitor marketing supplies and contracts.

Report client and associate needs with the Director of Recruiting and Expansion.

Maintain and promote all social media platforms with Marketing Director.

Support Recruiting and National Expansion by promoting recruiting campaigns.

Run advertisements.

Assist with phone interviews and scheduling.

Coordinate various meetings with associates in the field.

Data accumulation and mapping.

Track production for individuals, teams, and the company.

Run reports for various meetings.

Assist with company-wide weekly conference calls.
