· Perform internet market research on a variety of vehicle types (Heavy Duty Trucks, Light Duty Commercial Trucks, Trailers, Commercial and Agricultural Equipment, Recreational Vehicles, Golf Cars, Motorcycles, Customized Motorcycles, Specialty Vehicles {Limousines, Police, Antique, Collectable, Classic, Muscle, Hi-Performance Lamborghini Ferrari type cars to mention a few} Etc.

· Answer phone inquiries from customers concerning vehicle valuation products and provide documented solutions in the settlement of a vehicle claim

· Follow the valuation process to ensure complete and accurate use of database resources.

· Provide accurate, fair market valuations of total loss vehicles for the insurance industry.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

· Strong organizational skills with emphasis on attention to detail.

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Strong mathematical/analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and in written form.
