A key liaison between customers, sales, production, and internal departments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while maintaining high standards for product quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Communicate daily with customers, Outside Sales, and the on-site Hyspeco Material Handler, Shipping/Receiving, production department, and Production Manager to gather order requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure production and delivery schedules are aligned with customer needs. • Attend weekly internal and bi-weekly customer-specific meetings to provide Customer service details as needed. • Process incoming orders through a customer portal; ensure accuracy in quantities, specifications, and delivery dates. Update open orders as needed based on customer changes or portal updates. • Collaborate with Sales and the Material Handler to consistently meet or exceed customer service expectations. • Provide timely feedback to the Production Manager, Warehouse Manager, Tube and Hyspeco MFG Manager, and Purchasing regarding service issues, customer concerns, or changes in order requirements. • Develop and implement methods and procedures to eliminate production inefficiencies and enhance product quality. • Create and maintain weekly build schedules in coordination with the production team to meet order deadlines and inventory levels. • Revise production schedules and priorities in response to equipment failures, operational delays, or changes in demand. • Manage communication and scheduling between Hyspeco MFG and Tube departments to ensure accurate and timely production. • Perform quality control (QC) inspections on all finished products produced by Production, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards. • Track and manage customer-owned inventory using Excel spreadsheets. Notify customers promptly of any discrepancies, damage, or shortages, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Communicating any shortages that Hyspeco has on both customer-owned and Hyspeco inventory. • Oversee systems for all expense-related production items. Place purchase orders for consumables and non-inventory supplies as needed. • Place orders with SBD’s designated vendor for parts used in assemblies. • Manage product returns from SBD, including coordination, documentation, and resolution. • Compile, store, and retrieve production and inventory data as needed for reporting and analysis. • Maintain compliance with Hyspeco Safety and Personnel Policies, as well as ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. Qualifications: • Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics is a plus. • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills. • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent.
