    Job Description

    The VBP Product Manager will support the development and execution of product strategies to drive business growth and meet a series of end-user needs by working in tight collaboration with the appropriate clinical discipline team to ensure alignment with clinical requirements and best-practices, right care models, and value-based care outcomes. The Product Manager will collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams, including clinical, product, value realization, tech and engineering, program management, and data insights and analytics to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver the VBP solution to launch, assessing impact and continuing to build, enhance and innovate products based on key data insights.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of product strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals.
    • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, business value, and compliance.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
    • Gather and document business, user, and technical requirements to support effective product development.
    • Serve as the primary liaison for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment and managing approvals and escalations.
    • Oversee agile product development processes, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality solutions.
    • Identify and mitigate product-related risks while managing resource allocation.
    • Drive performance through KPI monitoring and support continuous improvement efforts.
    • Foster collaboration across interdisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Experience & Education Qualifications:

    • Minimum 7 years of experience in product management or related roles required
    • Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of directly related experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Social Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
    • Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., APM, PO/PM, SAFE) required
    • Proven experience in creating and managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks preferred
    • Familiarity with team formation, including setting agreements, KPIs, and goals preferred
    • Background as a Product Analyst or Product Owner with a preferred track record of successful product delivery.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex requirements into actionable plans preferred.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey product value to stakeholders preferred.
    • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices in product management and delivery preferred.
    • Experience collaborating with inter-disciplinary teams and managing stakeholder relationships preferred.
    • Proficiency in project management and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Mural, Miro, Confluence) preferred.
    • Passion for innovation and enhancing customer experiences, particularly in healthcare settings within multipayer and multiprovider ecosystems preferred.

    Additional Information

    Compensation and Benefits: The projected base salary for this position ranges from $127,500 - $168,300, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including wellness programs, retirement savings, and relocation support as applicable.
