    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Value Engineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Sales team by quantifying and articulating the business value of Tungsten's intelligent automation solutions for enterprise customers. This position is responsible for developing compelling value propositions, ROI analyses, and business cases that demonstrate how Tungsten's TotalAgility platform and related offerings address specific customer challenges and deliver measurable business outcomes. Value Engineers help drive customer confidence, accelerate sales cycles, and position Tungsten Automation as a leader in intelligent workflow automation.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Partner with Sales to identify, qualify, and advance opportunities where Tungsten's solutions can deliver significant business value to customers
    • Develop and present tailored value propositions, business cases, and ROI/TCO analyses that clearly articulate the financial and operational benefits of Tungsten's automation solutions
    • Participate in customer meetings, workshops and executive presentations to communicate the business impact of Tungsten's solutions and facilitate value-driven discussions with stakeholders at all levels
    • Lead discovery sessions and value workshops with customers to uncover pain points, assess current processes and map solution capabilities to desired business outcomes
    • Build trusted relationships with customer executives and decision-makers, serving as a subject matter expert on value realization and digital transformation
    • Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to create use case-specific messaging, content, and tools that highlight the unique value of Tungsten's offerings
    • Support the sales cycle by participating in customer meetings, executive briefings, and presentations, providing expert insights and addressing both technical and business-related questions
    • Conduct industry and account-specific research to inform value messaging and ensure alignment with market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and beyond
    • Enable internal teams and partners by delivering training sessions and workshops on value engineering methodologies, business case development, and the benefits of Tungsten's solutions
    • Continuously refine and enhance value engineering frameworks, tools, and best practices based on feedback, market evolution, and customer needs

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field (advanced degree MBA, MS preferred)
    • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in value engineering, pre-sales, solution consulting, or management consulting within the enterprise software industry
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and present business cases, ROI models, and financial analyses for complex software solutions
    • Strong understanding of enterprise software, digital transformation, and process automation technologies
    • Experience engaging with both technical and business stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive consensus and decision-making
    • Familiarity with industry-specific challenges and regulatory environments in sectors such as banking, financial services, supply chain, or manufacturing is highly desirable
    • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with ability to translate technical features into quantifiable business outcomes
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to deliver compelling presentations and facilitate workshops
    • Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric mindset
    • Strategic thinker with ability to synthesize complex information and develop actionable recommendations
    • Proficiency in value engineering methodologies, business case development, and sales enablement best practices
    • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Familiarity with automation, analytics, and AI technologies is a plus
    • High degree of adaptability, continuous learning, and a passion for driving business impact through technology
    • Up to 50% travel may be required to support customer engagements, workshops, and internal collaboration across regions

    The base salary range for this role, across the US, is $156,000 - $245,000. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.

  • Qualifications
    • Retain an active, full and unrestricted medical license in the state in which the physician practices. (State specific license in which the CBOC is located required).
    • Board-certified by the ABMS in Internal Medicine and or Family Practice or the BOS ABMS in Internal Medicine and or Family Practice or board eligible within four (4) years of residency completion in either Internal Medicine and/or Family Practice.
    • Current and unrestricted DEA.
    • Retain current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) or the Military Training Network (MTN).
    • Knowledge of and ability to apply professional medical principles, procedures, and techniques in accordance with the community and VA standards of practice.
    • Knowledge of pharmacological agents used in patient treatment, including desired effects, side effects, complications, and patient usage considerations.
    • Experience with safe and reasonable practices regarding opioid medications for chronic musculoskeletal pain
    • Knowledge of the basic concepts of customer service technique related to age-specific population.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in the English language along with proper telephone etiquette.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and computer maneuverability including experience with electronic medical records systems.
