VALUE WINDOWS & DOORS, INC. a leading manufacturer of vinyl and aluminum windows and doors in the Southern California area is currently hiring for Sales Representatives in Duarte, CA. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have great communication skills and be computer literate. In addition, must be able to build and maintain great business relationships with new and existing customers. QUALIFICATIONS: -Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Korean, English/Chinese, English/Spanish, English/Hebrew) -1-2 year experience in customer service or inside sales experience a plus -High School Diploma/GED or its equivalent required -Excellent verbal, listening, presentation and written communications skills -Must have good basic arithmetic skills (familiarity with fractions and decimals -Prior experience preparing sales orders a definite plus PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Receives a high number of inbound calls and provide great customer service experience to existing customers -Reviews customer's service request and performs data entry in our database to track and schedule service -Communicates daily with internal and external customers regarding status of service cases -Able to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage time and tasks effectively -Monitor all incoming e-mails to service department and communicate with internal staff and customers accordingly -Able to learn new terminology and processes specific to the window and door industry ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: -Working overtime as required specially during peak season (daily or weekends) -Frequent talking, sitting and typing -Use of office equipment (i.e. computer, phone, fax, etc...) -Work collaboratively as well as independently VALUE WINDOWS & DOORS is a Drug Free workplace and EEO employer committed to employing a diverse workforce.
