Hello. I am looking for a dependable Customer Service Agent that is Dependable and looking for a long term commitment. 24 hours per week EST time with the following schedule required, Some flexibility for changes may be needed:

Sunday - OFF
Monday - 10AM-3PM EST
Tuesday - 11AM - 2PM EST
Wednesday - 11AM - 2PM EST
Thursday - 11AM - 3PM EST
Friday - 10AM - 3PM EST
Saturday - 11AM - 3PM EST

Must be familiar with Zendesk and Asana. You will be responsible for working with a team providing support to businesses in the SaaS space. Phone and Email support. Additional hours may be available for high-performing agents who prove to be dependable and have a sense of urgency when working.
