OFFICE MANAGER

THE COMPANY:

Valuetainment Media is a 1.7 million+ subscriber channel on YouTube. The channel's content consists of several segments, including high profile celebrity interviews. The core of the content is based on entrepreneurship. The headquarters and studio are based in Dallas, Texas and has an internal production team that is ready to travel if needed. It was created and launched by Patrick Bet-David, CEO, author and media personality around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes but is not limited to

Maintain office efficiency by maintaining appearance of common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, managing filing systems, and overseeing supplies and equipment

Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact, keeping management informed of performance with routine and requested reporting

Provide direct administrative supports as needed, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, booking travel, maintaining filing system, mailing, and shipping packages, and updating contact database and employee list

Open and assign new customer accounts.

Research and resolve billing and invoice problems. Manage accounting operations, accounting close, account reporting, and reconciliations.

Receive, record, and deposit cash, checks, and vouchers as well as reconcile records of bank transactions.

Process commission checks for employees as needed

Set up new QuickBooks company files and chart of accounts.

HR functions including new hires, onboarding, benefits, and unemployment claims.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: (Includes but not limited to)

Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks

Attentive to detail

Prior one year of experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Flexible during times of change

Strong persuasive, encouraging, and motivating skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
