Job Title: Van Rebuild Carpenter & Systems Installer (Tiny Home / Vanlife Experience Preferred)

Job Type: Temporary (2-Week Project, Full-Time Hours)
Pay: $20–$30/hour DOE

Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled and self-reliant builder to rebuild a custom van interior over a 2-3 week period. This is not a fresh build — it's a reconstruction project that will involve removing outdated components, improving functionality, and rebuilding the layout. The ideal candidate has experience in van or tiny home builds and can work with minimal guidance. You must have your own tools and the ability to hit the ground running. Pay is negotiable depending on experience 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Rebuild and upgrade custom bed frames, desks, cabinetry, and storage solutions
• Remove existing components and assess what to keep, improve, or discard
• Install or modify basic 12V and 110V electrical systems (lighting, outlets, fuses)
• Assist with plumbing tasks (installing or improving water tanks, pumps, and fixtures)
• Make independent decisions on layout, materials, and build methods
• Work efficiently to complete the project within a 2-week timeline

Requirements:

• Must have your own wood working tools
• Proven carpentry/woodworking experience (van builds, tiny homes, or similar projects)
• Familiarity with basic electrical and plumbing systems
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a limited space
• Highly self-directed with minimal need for oversight
• Must have your own tools
• Reliable transportation and availability to commit to the full project timeline

Preferred Experience:

• Previous van or RV conversions
• Custom woodworking or cabinetmaking
• A portfolio or photos of relevant past work
