    As a Customer Service Representative you can expect that your primary responsibilities would be:

    • Contact multi-unit accounts for orders via phone and email.  Communicate promotional items, substitutions, out of stocks, etc.
    • Sales Representative route coverage and assistance, facilitation and/or execution of sales route needs.  Maintain consistent sales associate practices and relationships.  
    • Enter account orders directly.  Enter credit requests.  Understand the credit process and credit memo policy.
    • Coordinate with Warehouse employees and Sales Representatives to deliver samples to customers.  Assist in the facilitation of samples/cuttings for new/existing growth opportunities.

    IN ORDER TO QUALIFY AS A CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION, YOU’LL NEED:

    • The ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.
    • The ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, able to learn and use various forms of technology and software.
    • Good problem-solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
    • A minimum of two years previous customer service experience.

    The schedule for this role is SUNDAY THROUGH THURSDAY, 8 am - 5 pm.

    This Position pays $16 to $17 per hour.
