Responsibilities: Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home • Cultivate and nurture relationships Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Tech savvy Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Show good organizational and time management skills • Minimum 2 years experience as a sales agent • Phenomenal follow-up - determined and assertive to ensure no one slips through the cracks • Team-oriented and team player • Able to move quickly • Passion for excellence and a drive to be the best • Willing to be held accountable to hit and exceed goals • Positive • Client-focused Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+
