The Pavement Maintenance Salesperson is an on-site role and will be responsible for the promotion of all pavement maintenance products.  The Salesperson will have a territory that includes but is not limited to Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota. Travel will be limited and primarily via automobile.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with customer regarding pricing/quotes, orders and product information via phone, email, zoom, CRM to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage and troubleshoot the process of product specification and approval with specifiers and contractors
• Grow pavement maintenance product sales and increase market share
• Communicate with R&D and Lab Director all issues and requests
• Update Senior VP regarding industry, customer, and product performance
• Travel to jobsites to evaluate product quality and application when needed
• Maintain CRM to track activities, opportunities, and industry information
• Represent Vance Brothers with integrity and professionalism

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KSAS

• 2 years of experience in Inside Sales
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
• Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building
• Microsoft 365 products and keyboarding skills required
• Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
• Construction or Manufacturing experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Sitting or standing for long periods of time at a desk
• Working in an office environment
• Occasional need to travel to customers/job sites via automobile
