We are looking for a PMX Partner Manager to lead sales for our Payment Exchange (PMX) business that delivers high volume transactions on a scalable business for public utilities, credit unions, banks and orthodontics offices. You will drive growth in and beyond these industries to deliver increased payment transaction volume in a cost effective manner. This solution saves organizations time and money by processing high volume quickly, efficiently, effectively and in an industry compliant manner. Your performance metrics include sales and service to current customers and prospects, and improved client retention and growth via new partners and current customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain a client sales pipeline to not only retain but also grow our PMX business.
Providing strategic direction for our PMX business, leading the development of “upsell & client retention plans”, and coordinates internal company resources to drive program growth, profitability and increase client usage.
Develop, establish and manage actionable/manageable activity metrics, this to include tracking & analyzing sales goals & pipeline activities.
Position Requirements:
3-5 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Financial sector selling to “C” Level customers and prospects.
BA/BS preferred; ideal educational focus in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
Fluent in the use of sales management technologies including CRM (Salesforce.com preferred), inbound marketing automation, dashboard and reporting tools, sales automation technologies.
Strategic ability to establish processes & measurements of success for a growing business
Excellent communication skills that allow for strong partnerships and information sharing through formal & informal channels to stakeholders, up to and including senior management
Strong leadership skills that include negotiation, conflict management, influencing, facilitation, collaboration, and teamwork/cooperation across all levels of the organization
Candidate to work from our Bloomington, MN or Atlanta, GA office on a daily basis and is responsible for growing and retaining our PMX book of business.
