We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Supervisor and Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Vancouver Wellness Studio in Vancouver, WA. The Clinical Supervisor's role is to provide a safe and supportive clinical environment for our team of therapists while supporting them in the delivery of evidence-based mental health services. The ideal candidate is an experienced mental health professional with excellent clinical skills and the ability to motivate and direct staff. The position is full-time and offers a competitive starting salary range of 80,000 - 100,000 per year. Responsibilities: • Supervise mental health therapists, providing guidance and support to ensure quality of care and adherence to professional and organizational standards. • Develop, maintain, and review clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, insurance bills, and other related records. • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to clinical interventions accordingly. • Provide individual counseling services to clients in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, and other related issues. • Refer clients to other disciplines on our team, and community resources as needed. • Ideally trained in EMDR Therapy or willing to be trained. Qualifications: • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related field. • Licensed Mental Health Counselor or equivalent (LMHC) in the State of Washington. • Approved Supervisor status in the state of Washington. • A minimum of 3 years experience post-licensure providing direct mental health services in an outpatient setting. • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Clinical Supervisor. • Knowledgeable of current state and federal laws governing the practice of psychology and mental health counseling. Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly
