VANDELAY EDUCATION CAMPUS MANAGER
Zollege is a tech-enabled apprenticeship and education company with a platform for building and scaling vocational training programs. Zollege's mission is to produce freedom through education with skills-based training that leads to jobs. Zollege operates 130 schools in 20 states with the following programs: Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, Nurse, Software Developer, and Cyber Security Specialist.
We are currently looking for Campus Managers to help us serve students with life-changing education, manage instructors to give the best education possible and keep our schools in compliance with the state requirements. We are looking for someone with a passion for education and are motivated to become their own "principals" of our skills-training programs.

EMPLOY STUDENTS. GET STUDENTS SET UP WITH EXTERNSHIPS
80% of qualified students looking for a job should get a job.
Students should be engaged and looking for jobs before graduation. We should be constantly communicating with them regarding their efforts.
Students should have externships secured or they will need to be assigned to one by you.
Every student must have their externship approved - this includes a tentative externship schedule turned in online.
COMMUNITY/OFFICE RELATIONSHIPS
Offices that reach out to us, should be getting applicants to them, from us within 24 hours.
Continuously raising the bar for # of partner offices that hire our students. We want to be THE go-to source for jobs in a community.
QUALITY SERVICE TO STUDENTS AND INSTRUCTORS
Deter students from dropping - if payments, get them to Payment Specialist - if not happy with the class, find out why
Staying in constant contact with all of your students to help with their needs.
Being available for your students and instructors to help them throughout their time with the school.
Instructors will be notified if anything comes up about their students - externship office concerns, behavior issues, unreachable, etc.

SCHOOL & STATE DOCUMENTATION
Responsible for sending out student certificates and transcripts after each graduating class to close out class files and be compliant with the State
All classes and students have documents in, reviewed grades paid, and approved for graduation.
Coordinate State Inspections for your Schools
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Manage/Maintain Instructor payroll and schedule
Ensure instructor to student ratio is maintained at all times
Maintain average payroll costs for your region
Student Escalations
STUDENT SERVICES
Student complaints should be addressed and communicated to all necessary parties within 48 hours.
Work with VP and Directors of Student Services to determine appropriate disciplinary action, if required.
Any escalations that would result in a student refund must be discussed with the Directors of Competencies
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the "core" work hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
Travel
Some travel is expected for this position.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or technical school course work and a minimum of 3 years of job-related experience, preferably in Management or Administration; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Extensive knowledge of computer software (Google Suite), computer hardware, and computer servers.
High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
Attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills.
Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.

PAY: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
