VanderHyde Mechanical is a family owned company on the northwest side of Grand Rapids that has been in business for 30 years.
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic Customer Service Representative.
JOB DUTIES FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE INCLUDE:
- Answering Phones (High Volume)
- Scheduling Appointments
- Dispatching Technicians
- Data Entry
- Other Duties as Assigned
A QUALIFIED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE MUST:
- Have exceptional customer service skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Have a professional, friendly, positive and outgoing demeanor
- Be knowledgeable & proficient with multi-line phone system
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Able to prioritize tasks
- Able to handle a fast paced environment
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets/Docs
- QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
- Dependable with excellent work attendance
