DescriptionJob ID: 49893Project Support AnalystOur client is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist with deploying a Global Procure to Pay software tool to the remaining countries in scope. Efforts will span global time zones, but actual work hours can be flexible/negotiated. This role will support Organizational Change Management, Testing coordination and some data analysis for each launch wave of the project Evolve Tradeshift implementation effort.Primary DutiesCommunications coordination and executionIncludes coordination of any local language translations and obtaining business sign-off on final communication copiesUser onboarding support including training program administration such as user graduation reporting validation, and reconciling users enrolled.Instructor led/virtual session coordination and scheduling.Editing and screenshot updates for any E-learning module revisionsSome participation in testing activitiesSome light analysis of user data for stakeholder role assignmentsRequired SkillsStrong excel skills.Strong written communications skills and competent at mass emailing.Ability to coordinate logistics such as room bookings.Some Web Publishing Experience Preferred, But Not Required.Experience with Learning administration a plus.Can be a junior resource, but need to be fairly technically savvy.BenefitsBenefits are available to eligible VanderHouwen contractors and include coverage for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long term disability, and matching 401k.About VanderHouwenVanderHouwen is an award-winning, Women-Owned, WBENC certified professional staffing firm.
