Vanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company, has an immediate opening for a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our office.

The Inside Sales Representative will focus on securing qualified appointments in partnership with the Vanguard Regional Office’s Outside Sales Representative team. The focus will be to gather key details about the needs of prospective accounts and to organize the information for the regional sales team. Someone with a positive and upbeat attitude who can consistently call prospective customers would do great in this position.  Our ideal candidate would have business to business calling experience with a proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.   Vanguard is a national organization and the Central Florida region is one of the fastest growing in the country, so we want a passionate inside sales person who will participate in our lofty goal setting so that as a team we can grow even faster. 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• Perform daily local business prospective account contact calls
• Be able to consistently get past the gatekeeper to find the decision maker
• Record and track all prospective and existing account contact information utilizing the region’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
• Perform consistent follow-up and follow-through with prospective and existing accounts
• Collaborate with Management Team regularly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales cold-calling, appointment setting 
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Strong listening skills and empathy
• Basic computer skills

Position pays $14 to $16.00 per hour (based on experience) plus monthly bonuses. Successful candidates make $40,000 + first year. Paid sick and vacation. Health benefits and 401k plan available.   There is room for potential growth within our close knit company.
