  • Responsibilities

    Role:

    You are responsible for Communication between the supplier, the company, the crews, customers, and supervisors. You will oversee the crew and installation- making sure proper procedures are followed in the correct step-by-step process. Document the job, materials that are there, materials needed, previous damage of property, and the process of the job.

    Once the Job Stage in job progress reaches contract and contract is given to you.

    Reach out to supplier and schedule delivery for two weeks out or depending on schedule

    Contact Home owner and advise them of delivery dates and specifics for the delivery of material and installation (ie. move cars out of driveway, plant anything of value, also for them to remove any valuable wall inside, Move any grills or patio furniture and childrens toys.

    Contact Installers to schedule install dates and prep them with any out of the ordinary circumstances.

    Requirements:

    You must be Patient, well organized, prepared, and people oriented. You must be ready to problem solve, and to communicate with the clients ex. Answering questions, explaining processes etc. You need good communication skills to be able to work with your crew, the office manager, the client, suppliers (GAF) and the company. You must be able to socialize- if someone walks by a job, be friendly and attempt to create new leads.

    Must have your own transportation, ideally with space for materials. Must document existing damage to the property- Driveways, shrubbery, gutters, downspouts, windows etc.

    Responsibilities:

    Set up job schedule- contacting customer and sub contractor for install date

    Contact customer 24 hrs in advance before a job- asking if anything is in the yard( potted plants, yard furniture, yard signs etc.) and ask if it could be moved before the installation

    Assigning sub-contractor

    Oversee processes of jobs

    Inventory materials at site- make sure they are all there and accounted for

    Ordering additional materials as needed- anything overlooked,

    Answering customer questions

    staying organized

    Attention to detail

    Apathy for customers

    Create new leads with people in the area

    Update progress/changes online

    Communication Cycle:

    Daily: Communicate with your direct supervisor as needed

    Weekly: Team Meeting Mondays @ 10:0am

    Monthly: The final Monday of each month @ 10:00am

    Quarterly: The final Monday of each quarter @ 10:00pm
