REQUIREMENTS

• A strong scientific background and an advanced degree in the life sciences space:
• (organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmaceutical science, etc.) is required
• Outstanding writing and analytical skills- they will request a writing sample for those who qualify
• USPTO registration is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN:

• Drafting patent applications, prosecuting patent applications in both US and foreign countries and territories
• Conducting patent landscape and freedom-to-operate searches
• Assisting IP due diligence in financing and partnering transactions
