    REQUIREMENTS

    The qualified candidate has a background in electrical engineering or computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field. A background in electrical engineering or computer science, with industry work experience is strongly preferred. The successful candidate has experience in all phases of patent litigation, including case assessment, discovery and motions practice, depositions, working with experts, and appeals. The client focus areas for this role include telecommunications, automotive and other high-tech industries. Candidates must hold a juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
