    JOB SUMMARY

    Vanguard Companies is looking for a dynamic sales professional to support our eCommerce inside sales and own the inside sales strategy, process, and operations. Build a large revenue stream from ground floor and drive new customer acquisition by identifying potential clients that already buy large volumes of boxes and communication the value of switching to Box Genie.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop along with external consultants and internal resources a multi-channel sales and retention strategy to bring in larger sales orders/clients that are not typically reached by traditional online advertising.
    • Lead development and implementation of CRM system to support multi-channel platform.
    • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and metrics for new orders, conversion rate, AOV and customer retention through full sales cycle
    • Through innovative experience and prudent planning, work with marketing and operations team to engage with customer through various channels: networking, outbound/inbound calls, trade shows, site demos and social media.
    • Collaborate with marketing, operations and eCommerce teams to plan sales programs to achieve key objectives.
    • Work with marketing consultants to support the ISO team.
    • Demonstrate customer centric, sales driven performance to assist customers in closing sales by becoming eCommerce site savvy!
    • Develop and track key success metrics.
    • Communicate status, progress and KPIs to management team.
    • Enthusiastically support business objectives on other functions as requested.
    • As the team grows, participate in closing sales opportunities with sales representatives while serving as subject matter expert.
    • Success will be measured in number new client sales, AOV, and customer retention.
    • Ability to travel 15-20% to support the business.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA/BS degree or relevant experience or combined equivalent education and experience.
    • Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
    • Proven track record of great selling skills and ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
    • Experience with CRM tools such as Help desk tools (such as Intercom), Shopify, SalesForce, Pipedrive and standard ecommerce analytics platform.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of technology related sales or business development experience with
    • 1+ years of sales management experience leading a team.
    • Experience developing or working on project team implementing eCommerce platform/strategy.
    • Experience working with a matrixed team of stakeholders to achieve a common goal.
