Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Brand Ambassador to join our client's team. You'd be the face of a large Italian food brand in the U.S. You'd mainly be responsible for prompting the brand, dealing with relationships with agencies, meeting with restaurants in NYC, organizing events, etc. Experience in the food industry and/or ability to speak Italian is a strong plus. Responsibilities • Network with key stakeholders to identify and address specific needs • Provide operational and strategic support to all internal and external clients and providers to ensure proper branding • Ensure brand consistency and coherence with global brand strategy • Assure seamless planning and execution of events, fairs and cooking shows • Manage all brand communication tools (catalogues, brochures, samples, website, social accounts, displays for events, pos materials) in compliance with brand image and values, HQ and local strategy • Manage relationship with media and digital agencies, being the brand image tutor, providing value propositions in line with brand equity and identity. • Manage customer relationship, according to company standards Requirements • Strong communication skills - Italian is a strong plus • Proven experience in brand communication (events, customers, consumers, digital) • In-depth understanding of brand equity and identity • Ability to always convey a positive brand attitude • Availability to travel as needed
