Continuum Co. is looking to hire a Vantaca Implementation Manager to join our team in Conshohocken, PA. As the Vantaca Implementation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in bringing newly acquired HOA and condo management companies onto our systems. You’ll lead end-to-end system conversions, owning the rollout of Vantaca and related platforms while ensuring a smooth transition for teams, clients, and partners. Working closely with local leadership, accounting teams, vendors, and corporate stakeholders, you’ll serve as a trusted partner during a pivotal phase of growth and have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how newly acquired companies successfully join our organization. Responsibilities: • Lead Vantaca implementations from planning through go-live • Build conversion roadmaps, timelines, and milestones • Assess existing systems, workflows, and data structures • Coordinate data migration, testing, and validation • Configure financial, reporting, and operational modules • Train managers, accountants, and support teams • Develop standard operating procedures and documentation • Manage vendor integrations and dependencies • Track risks, issues, and resolution plans • Provide executive-ready status updates • Support post-launch stabilization and optimization Qualifications: • Well-rounded experience in HOA or condo management operations • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting workflows • Hands-on experience with system implementations or conversions • Proven project management capability • Ability to translate business needs into system design • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working directly with senior leaders • High ownership mindset • Strong organizational discipline • Association management industry experience • Prior Vantaca user or implementation experience • Experience in onboarding new communities • Accounting or finance leadership background • Training and change management experience • Multi-company or M&A integration exposure Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
