    Job Description

     

    Vantage Marketing is the industry leader in Pest Control Marketing and Sales. We have several positions ranging from: sales, administration, sales managers and service managers and everything in-between. Do you have what it takes to help us grow?

    • Terminix- Vantage holds the rights and ability to market for Terminix door to door; this opens the doors for us in multiple ways 1) We have the ability to go into whichever market we wish, since Terminix is a multinational corporation. 2) We have the ability to grow as fast as we want to with very little financial risk for everyone involved, since Terminix already has the infrastructure in place. 3) Management positions are open for all who prove themselves; no politics or hoping for an opening to rise in management.

     

    Market Selection

     

    • With Terminix, we have the ability to go anywhere in the United States. We handpick markets with low competition (door to door) and high pest activity. All of our selected markets have a true need for pest control services.
    • We are not bound by brick and mortar permanent offices, which forces sales reps to return to the same cities year after year. For example, we can go to a small city and place a team of 5 people there, or to a large city and place a team of 30, always allowing us to enter fresh markets.
    • Area: We give our reps the best options without hindering their ability to find success. We do not cram 40-60 reps in a city. Instead, we place a solid team of 20-30 reps in a city and allow them to optimize the area.

    • Terminix- Brand recognition is huge in many markets. You do not have to explain who we are or where we come from.

      • High-quality service (due to our agreement with Terminix, corporate exterminators must provide a 5-scope service including: Granulation, Base Spray, De-Webbing, Interior Crack and Crevice treatment (garage, basement, bathrooms, etc), and Spot Treatment throughout problem areas.

    Trainings

     

    • Sales and leadership training including: one on one, group, film, interactive, a top of the line field manual, etc.
    • These training sessions are very elaborate, interactive, and efficient. More than anything we hold our reps accountable to all training.
    • VTP- Program including Manuals, Videos, filming, and certifications.
    • MTP- Training for managers including manuals, videos, filming, and certifications.
    • Traveling trainers that help increase sales reps paycheck immensely by fine-tuning from their years of experience. These trainers will be in your office one week out of each month.
    • 6-week start-up program. This will make sure you learn the foundations before you learn the deeper skill sets.

     

    PAY

    • Our pay scales are unmatchable in the industry. We pay our reps more because we know our reps are our biggest asset.

    • Our pay scales go up by increments of 25 and 50 accounts sold, while most companies go up by increments of 50 then 100. That means more $$ for you sooner.
