Our client's PMO is looking for a BA to join the PMO (as a long term contractor). Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. As a key contributor to a Workday implementation it is imperative that you establish high quality standards and lead by example.

Will consider hybrid or remote  but must live in New England (ME, MA, NH, VT, CT, RI).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitates and leads the Change Ambassador Network
• Facilitates communication events and manages the deployment of those events
• Assist with impact analysis and the documentation of all job roles
• Participates in the development and management of the End User Training strategy
• Supports oversight to the training content development effort
• Supports end user training material reviews
• Supports monitoring of end user training: student enrollment, class scheduling, attendance, etc.
• Provide support for Train-the-Trainer program
• Participates in the development of training curriculum materials
• Delivery of training classes and various other events related to end user training
