    Job Summary

    Serves as one of the lead technical resources in the organization. Provides innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement and provides daily process and technical support to operations.

    Essential Functions

    • Leads the design, development, installation, and optimization of manufacturing process.
    • Implements process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
    • Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to ensure that products are designed for manufacturability and are in compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Provide long-term direction and goal setting for process control systems.
    • Work with operations to ensure that processes are transferred smoothly from development to production.
    • Manage the migration of existing plant technology to newer versions as merited by improved benefits or obsolesce avoidance.

    Job Qualifications

    • Experience with OSI PI database applications and Microsoft Suite including Word/Excel.
    • In-depth knowledge/experience in Stock Prep and Process Controls/Information systems.
    • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communications skills.

      BS degree in Chemical Engineering.

    • Several years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
