This Project Managers responsibility support meaningful, strategic and life-altering program initiatives. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of internal/external business and IT partners and be accountable for leading project teams to achieve the deliverable goals on time with a high level of quality. This position will be responsible for several concurrent projects, from impact assessment through to implementation, using the Agile methodology, requiring the use of independent judgement, initiative, and discretion. This project Manager will oversee the planning, enhancement, and implementation of comprehensive information systems to support program activities. The Project Manager is the individual responsible for tracking, reporting, and management of the project, all contracted services, and contracted deliverables for the successful implementation of the system.

• In depth knowledge/understanding of the PM methodology and a broad understanding/awareness of SDLC methodologies.

• Strong ability to negotiate effectively with business and IT partners on business requirements and timeframes on mid-size initiatives.

• Strong ability to identify and apply different communication mediums based on a content and audience at all levels to achieve intended goal.
• Advanced PC skills required (Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.)

• Proven Ability to motivate and direct the teams to stay on task.
• Proven Ability to develop positive relationships with stakeholders, product managers, and project teams.
• Proven experience and understanding of Agile development and managing an Agile project.

Any combination of education or experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of project management experience.
