We are seeking Remote Inbound Call Center Representatives to join our growing team! You will be responsible for helping customers file insurance claims under a water loss protection program offered by Water Companies.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries about the Water Loss Program
• Provide detailed information about the program
• Handle claim intake calls
• Document and update customer records based on inbound calls
• Maintain a knowledge base of the details of 200+ water companies in the program

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
