    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Solar Sales Representative to join our team. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our renewable energy solutions within local communities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with homeowners and educate them about the benefits of transitioning to solar energy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with homeowners in a courteous and professional manner to discuss the advantages of solar energy solutions.
    • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about the benefits of solar power, including potential cost savings, environmental impact, and available incentives.
    • Conduct in-depth assessments of homeowners' energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions tailored to their requirements.
    • Maintain a strong understanding of our solar products, services, and financing options in order to address customer inquiries effectively.
    • Collaborate with team members to develop persuasive sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, solar technology advancements, and competitive offerings.
    • Represent the company's values and maintain a positive brand image at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
    • Ability to engage in meaningful conversations and build rapport with potential customers.
    • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Comfortable working with technology and using sales tools effectively.
    • Sales experience is preferred, but not required.

    Compensation: Average of $2000 per system sold, 1-2 systems per week sold on average for a first time representative. Exceptional reps selling 4-5+ per week. (Average of $2000-$5000 per week for first time reps)
