Job Description

VLMG’s downtown San Francisco office is seeking a junior to mid-level (3-5 years) attorney to work with our Construction Litigation group. We represent many of the nation’s largest general contractors, engineering firms, and owners in connection with the most complex projects and contentious disputes in litigation and arbitration across the United States and abroad.

VLMG seeks a contract attorney eager for the opportunity to take on substantial case responsibility, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. The attorney must be admitted in California. Candidates must have a strong academic background from a top-tier law school and exceptional research, analysis, writing, and communication skills. The group prefers an attorney with ‘big firm’ training or other sophisticated litigation experience who can hit the ground running. Construction experience is preferred, but not required.
