**Varellas & Varellas PLLC, a Kentucky personal injury firm with multiple Kentucky offices, **is looking for a talented attorney with 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation to work in the Lexington office. The attorney will work with a team of other attorneys but needs to be able to work and function independently to drive the success of a case. The person we hire will be tech-savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented, enjoy a fast-paced work environment and will receive a competitive salary.

Attorney Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents briefs
• Assist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Move cases expediently from beginning to end
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documents
• Stay updated on changes in laws relevant to the practice area

Attorney Experience and Qualification Requirements:

• Excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to practice in Kentucky
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with legal drafting
• Ability to litigate cases effectively in court
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent work ethic
