As a lead Generator, you are a key member of our team responsible for generating leads inside Lowe's stores locations. Your primary responsibility is to be available in Lowe's stores during peak hours of operation to speak with customers that are interested in having new heating and air conditioning systems installed in their home. It is imperative that you enjoy speaking with customers and taking pride in treating them with the upmost respect. The successful candidate will put customer needs above anything else. This is the core of Variable's success.

This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, have a knack for connecting with people instantly, have the ability to manage time effectively, and the ability to work with technology. Ideally, you have some sales experience as well as proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

Providing a minimum of 20 hours per week during peek business hours at Lowe's location

Ability to book appointments electronically onsite

Strong ability to listen to the customer and communicate with them clearly

Ability to stand on your feet up to several hours at a time

To have, or the ability to learn, basic knowledge of the HVAC trade

To have the desire to create sales for the company

Job Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent

Valid Driver's License with clean record

Must be at least 18 years of age

Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology

Willingness to take continued education courses as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move to 50 pounds.
