Local Vascular Clinic is seeking a PHYSICIAN OUTREACH LIAISON to work with local primary and specialty physicians to increase the number of patients the physicians refer.

DUTIES:

•  Develop practice’s referral base through effective relationship building 
• Conduct consistent physician office visits to existing and potential referrers
• Maintain contact with physicians and their office staff 
• Coordinate and implement various sales and marketing programs for practice.
• Provide regular market updates to practice management
• Provide weekly status reports on all referral activities by practice
• Provide support for community activities as directed by supervisors
• Communicate practice’s attributes to all customer groups
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or marketing committee
• Work within budget provided by management

METHODS:

• Conduct at least quarterly visits to practice’s referring offices
• Maintain database updates on visits and provision of any market intelligence
• Utilize marketing materials, information items, lunch meetings and other communication tools and initiatives
• Coordinate mailings, events promotions and marketing programs
• Confirm front office is tracking daily and report weekly to management team to measure efforts
