    Our law firm is growing rapidly and needs a FULLY BILINGUAL English-Spanish Administrative Assistant to provide remote support to our attorneys and staff. Your role is to be the bridge between potential clients and the services we offer. You'll be at the forefront of our client interactions, and your ability to provide a positive and helpful experience will significantly impact our client acquisition efforts. This position blends aspects of sales and marketing, offering you the opportunity to convert potential clients into satisfied customers. You will be the face of our company and an integral part of ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Your role goes beyond the initial greeting; it's about building relationships, influencing decisions, and contributing to the success of our company. Responsibilities: • Answering Incoming Calls: Promptly and professionally handle incoming calls from potential clients. • Building Relationships: Engage potential clients with a friendly and helpful demeanor, offering assistance to the best of your abilities. • Sales and Marketing: Utilize your communication and persuasion skills to convert potential clients into paying customers, ensuring the success of every call. • Metrics-Driven: The volume of calls received from potential clients directly reflects the effectiveness of our marketing efforts. Your ability to convert potential clients into actual clients will be a testimony to our marketing programs' efficacy. • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing emails, online research, setting appointments, filling out forms, etc. Qualifications: • College Degree Required: We seek professionals with a college degree. A background in law, or law graduate, is preferred. • Remote Work Proficiency: Must be adept at working from a home office with a stable internet connection and proficiency in remote tools such as instant messaging, Skype, Zoom, and Google Suite. • Strong Skills: Essential qualities include excellent customer service, time management, organization, and both written and verbal communication skills. • Computer Proficiency: Desired advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Independent Work: Ability to consistently produce high-quality work independently on various projects with minimal supervision. • Experience Required: Prior experience (1-2 years) as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, personal assistant, or office assistant is necessary. • Compensation: $5 - $7 hourly
