Job Description:
Are you a US citizen with a master's degree in any field? Do you have an impeccable American accent and a passion for language? If so, Vastek Inc is looking for you! We are seeking a Linguistic Trainer to join our team and help train our chatbot system to provide a seamless and natural conversation experience to our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train our chatbot system by providing linguistic expertise and guidance.
- Ensure that the chatbot's responses are accurate, natural, and culturally relevant to users in the United States.
- Collaborate with our development and engineering teams to continuously improve the chatbot's performance.
- Assist in creating and maintaining a database of linguistic resources.
- Participate in quality assurance testing and provide feedback for system improvement.
Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen.
-Must have master's degree in any field.
- Excellent command of the English language with a native American accent.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required; we will provide training.
