    We are seeking a Bilingual intake specialist to join our team! You will be communicating with prospective clients, creating contracts, and retaining new clients for a fast-paced Immigration law firm. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today! Responsibilities: • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload • Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Conduct various tasks around the office such as managing spreadsheets, writing emails, faxing and copying, and transcribing notes to make sure all processes run smoothly Qualifications: • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Strong computer and data entry skills • High school diploma or equivalent is needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Strong ability to communicate eloquently and empathetically is a must • Previous legal experience a plus • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel • Bilingual Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
