    Vcheck Global is looking for a dynamic, operations-oriented Client Relationship Associate who will play an essential role in the company's mission by acting as the liaison between our established clientele and our team of investigators, while continuing to deliver the “white glove service” unique to our firm. Our Client Relationship Associate will be responsible for the following:

    • Client Advocacy: keeping track of client-specific requirements and ensuring expectations are communicated to the Investigations team
    • Client-facing Communication: accurately and clearly communicating company policies and report contents to clients based on a deep understanding of Vcheck's service offerings
    • Case Management: working with Investigations team to monitor individual case load, determine optimal case assignment, and strategically re-assign cases as needed
    • Process Improvement: exhibiting a process-oriented mentality that allows for the identification of operational complications, development of solutions, and implementation of process improvements

    Skills and Qualifications

    The ideal candidate for this role is in possession of the following skills and characteristics:

    • Impeccable writing skills, a strong phone presence, and professional demeanor that facilitate successful client interactions
    • Strong ability to identify appropriate resources for research and problem resolution
    • A “people person” capable of developing a good rapport with existing clients and maintaining positive relationships with their representatives
    • Demonstrated skill using a variety of computer systems and platforms, including Google Apps and CRM and/or Case Management software
    • 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
